Jennifer Sommers is from Pampanga, Philippines.  Ms. Sommers came to the United States in 2006 and started working for Walmart as cashier in Washington State.  After three months, she was promoted to Customer Service Supervisor and then to Department Manager.  In 2012, she moved to Las Vegas and starting working for Great Plains Enterprises at Nellis AFB as a work lead.  One month later, she was promoted to Assistant Project Manager.  She quickly put her leadership skills to work and increased overall productivity and assumed the position of Project Manager.  Ms. Sommers continues to attend management seminars to enhance her leadership skills to ensure continuous improvement at Great Plains Enterprises.  She is the mother of three children and likes to travel.
